Did Paulo Costa get a hair transplant? A Brazilian hair transplant was performed on former UFC middleweight title challenger Paulo Costa.

A specialist in skin and hair treatments, Dr. Pablo Matos Milhomem, posted photos of Costa before and after removing the hair around the drawn line on his head and after undergoing a procedure to cover this area.
